Collection of Information

The only personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses we collect is when it is voluntarily submitted by our visitors, such as when signing-up to our facility or to receive our newsletters or club promotional material.

The principle storage facility of such visitor information we use is MindBody, the online club management software, as it handles training and membership transactions as well as the booking and notification of training services.

The email newsletter service we use, and therefore includes the list of voluntarily submitted names and email addresses, is MailChimp.

On arrival and before training at our facility for the first time visitors must complete and sign a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) which includes personal information, such as name, address, email address, telephone number and emergency contact information, as well as any relevant medical information pertinent to the training services provided at Total Boxer. This physical document is then filed and stored securely.
