Since we introduced Get FIT Not HIT classes in the UK in 2011, more people than ever have come to enjoy the incredible benefits of real boxing training.

Equipment Needed

All participants should have boxing hand wraps and gloves. They don't have to be bought from us, and we do have used ones to borrow, but Total Boxer equipment is top quality, look great and available to buy online, ready for collection on arrival.
